These translations were made against 2.8 branch and cherry-picked
to master. 2.8 is and will be the target until the announcement of
the new stable branch.

The gimp-help-2-8 branch would be for the current stable version.
master is for GIMP 2.9, which will be released as 2.10 - and this
verison of GIMP is heavily in flux.
