New strings in Epiphany

Hi,
Piotr discovered a couple Epiphany strings were not marked for
translation:
"Bookmark Properties"
"Add Tag…"
A few more translations were broken, but were fixed by modifying the
code. Sorry about this, and thanks for updating your translations.
