Yeah, someone already corrected me. I might have misread somewhere...
 

A potato hash is a type of dish based on grated potato. There are
countless regional variations, e.g. the Swiss rösti or the American
hash browns.

In French I'll translate that as “galette”.


Nice. Many recipes in Portuguese use "galette" as well, so i'll use it as well.
