libgweather message context problems?

Hey,

I was wondering whether this particular problem:

was a big problem for translators in the past couple of years.

I don't think that it's worth invalidating nearly all the current
strings to avoid problems in a couple of edge cases.

(I do know about:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=556843
which look infinitely more problematic and disheartening for
contributors)
