Cross software collaboration in l10n teams

Hi,

The French GNOME translation team is part of a wider effort
(traduc.org) that works on other free software projects. This results
in decisions taken for consistency accross software, e.g. agree to use
the same mnemonics for the menus in all applications.

I would be really interested to know what other language teams have
such a collaboration.
