New module: GNOME Shell integration for Chrome

Hi everyone,

GNOME Shell integration for Chrome consists of web extension and native
connector (python program) which makes possible to control extensions at
http://extensions.gnome.org in Google Chrome browser and derivatives.

Since web extension uses Chrome API for internationalization I described
