Reviewing 'gsettings-desktop-schema' translation, I notice the following text in the schema "org.gnome.desktop.privacy" for the key "report-technical-problems":

Summary   Send reports of technical problems to the vendor

Description  If TRUE, anonymized reports will be sent automatically to the vendor.

Who is this vendor? GNOME, my hardware... ?
