Broken commit

Hey folks,

I was rebasing GNOME Software and it fails due to a commit without an author's email, made by the translations robot:

I couldn't find a way in git to bypass the error so I ask you to please check if there's something in the committer robot that needs to be fixed before more repos get eventually affected.
