String announcement change for Polari 3.17.92

Hey everyone,

I've included the patches
fromhttps://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=754916 in the latest
Polari release - they add a file that was accidentally missed to
POTFILES.in, resulting in those additional strings:

"Polari" // this string is already marked for translation elsewhere
"Connections" // this string is already marked for translation elsewhere

"Begin chatting by adding a new connection."
"Open %s in the application menu."
"Join a room using the + button."
"Your connections are disabled."
"Enable them by opening %s in the application menu."

Sorry for missing these strings since 3.17.4 :-(
