3.18 Release Notes Ready for Translation!

Hi everyone!

GNOME 3.18 is scheduled for release on Wednesday 23 September - that's
one week from now. The text for the release notes is now finished, and
can be found here:

There are a small number of images that are still missing,
unfortunately. Hopefully these will be added really soon.
