Commiting Swedish translation of help file for Pitivi

As there's no support yet for commiting a new translation of a help file in Damned Lies
("Sorry, adding new translations for documentation is not yet supported.”)

maybe someone would like to commit my Swedish translation for Pitivi's help file.
