[NetworkManager] 1.0.10 release in a week

Hi,

we'd like to release a minor update to the NetworkManager 1.0.x series
next Wednesday (December 23rd). There's a couple of string changes,
notably for the VPN secrets handling.

The release will be done from the nm-1-0 branch:
