3.14 Release Notes Correction

Hi all,

We had a great 3.14 release yesterday. Thanks to everyone who helped
to translate the release notes!

Unfortunately, there were two small factual errors in the notes, which
I've just corrected now:

Sorry for this, but it seemed important to get the details right. It
would be great if you could get any translations updated.
