The following two patches need to be considered for the freeze break:

Patch to include the Help button in the UI, this introduces a UI Change

Patch that contains translations of the "_Help" string in all the
languages that Photos is translated to currently:

The second patch will ensure no additional work to the translators if
the first patch is included, and therefore we request that both the
patches be pushed in this release.

The patches are currently also present as commits on a separate
branch(help) in Photos.
