vinagre help

Hi all, vinagre user documentation has been updated for 3.12. Changes
are very minor and mostly due to my inexperience when writing it
originally. The help has been very stable since I originally wrote it
four years ago and it would be great if it could be made available in
more languages, especially as it would be a low maintenance burden (no
planned changes in the future) and it is very short.
