Release Notes Available To Translate

Hi everyone,

Apologies for the delay in getting this ready for you. The release notes for 3.10 are now in a state where they can be translated.

They can be found in the gnome-3-10 branch of the release-notes module:

3.10 is scheduled for release on 25 September.

We are still in the process of finalising the screenshots, and I will send an email round once they are done (hopefully tomorrow).
