Empathy: make AppData translatable

Hi all,

Just to notice you I'm going to commit a patch for Empathy, adding two strings (technically, is not a freeze-break, as the strings exist, but they were no marked as translatable). I know it's too late to commit them in gnome-3-10, but we've consider it's worth to have them for 3.10.2
