New team for Interlingua (ia)

Hi everybody!

My name is Nik Kalach. I am a coordinator of the Interlingua localization team at Fedora Project.
I would like to send this request to create a new GNOME team for Interlingua (ISO code: ia).

Interlingua exists as one of the languages at Damned Lies but there is no team and no recent activity.
Right now it is impossible to submit translations for Interlingua through DL. I hope creation of the team 
will allow us to use DL to submit translations.
