String additions to 'gdm.gnome-3-8'

There have been following string additions to module 'gdm.gnome-3-8':

+ "The login screen can be configured to disallow password authentication, forcing the user to use smartcard 
or fingerprint authentication."
    + "Whether or not to allow passwords for login"
