Release Notes - Updated High Contrast Image

Hi all,

I just pushed an amended version of the high contrast image to the 3.4
release notes (named rna11y-high-contrast.png). There's no text in it
and the subject of the image hasn't changed, so it won't affect
translations.

This is just a heads up since the image's sha256/md5 will have
changed. Andre tells me that it will be marked as fuzzy, and that this
is something you need to know (I have no idea what it means :P ).
