Hey,

I've been working on a small feature for the user accounts panel:

The feature practically does two things:

1) Hides administrative bits from the UI for non-admin users until
they unlock the panel
2) Adds a list of kerberos realms the user is logged into, and
provides "Sign Out" buttons for them

This is part of the stuff proposed here:

https://live.gnome.org/Design/Proposals/UserIdentities

It's a relatively small set of changes.  Okay to get in ?
