evolution-ews does not even have its gnome-3-4 branch listed on
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/evolution-ews/ & in master the only
language with 100% translation coverage is Spanish. 
Translation Coordination Team approval 1 out of 2 in case others really
expect the Coordination Team to decide here...

Your message implies that there are more 3.4.x releases planned though,
right?
