Hi Chingis,

Timur (CC'd) should be the one uploading them as he has a git account
and is also the coordinator for your language.

Try to make him either upload it, or add a comment, or a response to
this email saying that the translation is fine.

Note that as, at least me, don't know anything about your language, if
we upload any file we are asked for without the approval of anyone,
there could be mistakes, offensive language or  things like that that no
kyrgyz speaker would like to see, thus we have the coordinator
position :)
