Hi,

It seems that DL is not working properly, since it's not sending emails when users upload their translations or when coordinators select the "Archive the actions" option.

Hi,

as you may know one of our services got hacked recently [1], thus I'm
taking some time to upgrade all the Ubuntu hosts to the latest LTS
release. Damned lies will have a few minutes of downtime today so that
I can perform the upgrade.
