Be careful with 'make repo'. Unless you set the LINGUAS environment
variable, this will affect all the PO files. You don't have to commit
those changes, of course, but it's dangerous if you're in the habit
of doing 'git commit -a'.

It's probably better to use 'make pot' to generate a POT file, then
call msgmerge yourself. That way you have control over which options
get passed to msgmerge.

And if you don't want to have to get everything you need to run the
entire build (can be a pain for modules with a lot of dependencies),
then if it's a Mallard document using the new build tools and itstool,
the following command is nearly always correct:

  itstool -o something.pot C/*.page C/*.xml
