compatibility with old sr@Latn locale

Hi,

One contributor of GCompris is building it on Sugar and is facing an
issue because the locale name changed from  sr@Latn to sr@latin. This
will probably impact any users trying to compile a new software on an
older system.

The proposed solution would be to create a link sr@Latn -> sr@latin

Is this a real issue and is this a correct solution ?
