3.0 Release Notes Available for Translation

Hi all,

The text of the release notes for 3.0 are now available for translation
[1]. Please let me know if you have any questions or spot any errors.

There may be a few small changes that have to be made, unfortunately.
I'm hoping that that won't be the case, though.
