String additions to 'mutter.master'

There have been following string additions to module 'mutter.master':

+ "Determines whether workspace switching should happen for windows on all monitors or only for windows on the primary monitor."

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.
