Duplicated listing of modules

Hi all,

There are at least two modules, tracker and libgda, that are both listed in
two release sets: tracker is in external-deps and gnome-extras, and libgda
in external-deps and gnome-office.

We were wondering with my fellow translator Marek what's the point behind
this?

I'd suggest keeping those modules only in external-deps, if it is still the
case.
