Well, according to this[1], these are correct forms for Latvian (1
singular, 2 plurar, which includes 1 special for numbers ending with
zero):
Plural-Forms: nplurals=3; plural=n%10==1 && n%100!=11 ? 0 : n != 0 ? 1 : 2;
However I have hard time to explain what this rule imply. I thought I
know but now with these errors I'm not quite sure.
