Tomboy string/UI changes

Hello gnome-i18n, gnome-doc-list,

We've added the new 'template-bar' UI when viewing template notes[1].
This includes the following strings:

      * "This note is a template note. It determines the default content
        of regular notes, and will not show up in the note menu or
        search window."
      * "Con_vert to regular note"
      * "Save Si_ze"
      * "Save Se_lection"
      * "New Note"
      * "Save _Title"
