String additions to 'mutter.master'

There have been following string additions to module 'mutter.master':

+ "Attach modal dialogs"
    + "When true, instead of having independent titlebars, modal dialogs appear attached to the titlebar of the parent window and are moved together with the parent window."

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.
