My preference is to stick with the originally planned date.

The next release should follow shortly after that as I am working to 
provide support for devices with sector sizes greater than 512 bytes.  
Since this enhancement will involve a significant amount of change I 
would like to release it separate from the bug fixes included in 0.5.2.

This will provide you more than a weeks time for your translation of the 
GParted manual.
