String additions to 'gtk-engines.master'

There have been following string additions to module 'gtk-engines.master':

+ "Shade of accelerator labels"
    + "The value used to mix the label color with the background color. The value is effectively the opacity."

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.
