Statistics have stopped updating for a file

Could someone check why the statistics for 
libgweather • Weather Applet Locations here 
http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/bg/gnome-2-30/ui/
have stopped updating?
I am pretty sure it must be 100% - 4370 translated messages, but the
statistics are not changing.
