string updates in hamster-applet Re: file moves, string updates and ui updates

Testing revealed that part of the behavioural changes in hamster 2.29
have to be reverted. As a result, some strings deleted in development
cycle have been resurrected. Documentation wise - the edit activity
and main applet screen has changed.
