In the future, can we please keep freeze break requests
over email? This allows everybody a chance to comment.

According to this page, gnome-doc-list is supposed to
be CC'd on all UI freeze break requests.
/me wonders if we should have a single email list/alias
for all freeze-related stuff, to makes things easier for
developers to remember.
