Updating po files during GTK+ releases

Hi Matthias,

When you make releases of GTK+, you're also updating po files. Is this
really necessary for you?

The downside for translators is that you commit fuzzy strings and when
Damned-Lies generates the merged po files, the --previous option of
msgmerge is not as useful as it is when the merge is made against the
original translated file.
