Changes in Nanny project

Hello everyone :

I want to release a new version of Nanny (Gnome Parental Control). In 
this version we try to fix some translators issues (i.e. use of plural 
forms, comments for translators, fix user manual issues ...) . Our plans 
are to release an unstable version in 2-3 days.

All translations are really welcome, and if you've comments about 
translations like "add comments for translators" or "use plural forms" 
... are welcome too. We want to help you in your work if we can :)
