packagekit - sync problem?

Hello,

I have asked a friend who has commit access to upload Indonesian translation
for packagekit via
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/projects/p/packagekit/c/master/

He has uploaded it successfully on around August 13th, but it seems that
the result has not been propagated into
GNOME http://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/packagekit/master/po/id
nor git://anongit.freedesktop.org/git/packagekit/PackageKit

What happened? Should I wait for Sept 6th as stated in
http://www.packagekit.org/pk-download.html ?
