We have strings like this:

Catalog.GetString ("+{0} dB"), db);
Catalog.GetString ("{0} Hz"), frequencies[i]

Where we're passing in numbers -- the decibels and frequency in Hz.  I have no
clue if there are languages that would need pluralization support in these
cases.
