String freeze for gLabels 2.2.8

Hello,

All strings in the glabels_2_2 branch remain frozen in preparation for 
gLabels version 2.2.8.  Only bug fixes will be committed to this branch.

All language translations committed prior to April 19, 2010 (Monday) 
will be included in this release.

Please note:  this freeze applies to the glabels_2_2 branch only.
