we have updated the info web for Spanish team, please update:
http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/es/

removing:
http://www.es.gnome.org/Documentacion/Guias/TraduccionDeAplicaciones

and using:
http://es.gnome.org/Documentacion/Traductores
