String additions to 'epiphany.master'

There have been following string additions to module 'epiphany.master':

    + "The passwords from the previous version (Gecko) are locked with a master password. If you want Epiphany to import them, please enter your master password below."

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.
