String freeze break

Hi,

I just added a new string to glib as part of the fix for http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=593406 - I was told glib doesn't stringently follow string freeze so it's ok. If it was not and the string shouldn't go in, please tell me and I'll figure something out.
