Hello,

I think there is an error in polish translation in the
http://library.gnome.org/misc/release-notes/2.28/index.html document.

Polish version says that we can add pdf annotations with evince which
is not true in 2.28 (am i wrong ?)
AFAIK we can only edit  existing annotations.
