Odd Tamil translation update in regexxer

Hi,

I'm maintainer of the regexxer module on git.gnome.org.  I just noticed
a recent commit that looks a bit odd to me:

I don't speak a single word of Tamil, so I don't know whether it was
intentional.  But could it be that a patch has been accidentally applied
in reverse?
