As Claude said, you should report a bug against the application, in
this case Dasher:

It is not a problem in the translation/localization, sp it should not
be reported against the l10n product. Instead it should be reported in
the Dasher product.

Not very likely. Mentioning application problems on this list will not
make them get noticed by the right people. Reporting them in Bugzilla
against the application's product will.
