quick-lounge-applet migrated to gnome-doc-utils

Hello,

I have ported the quick-lounge-applet module documentation to 
gnome-doc-utils.

I tried to migrate the translations to the new format as described in 
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeDocUtilsTranslationMigration, but I couldn't 
succeed, so you have to do the work by yourselves.

The .xml translations are still there for reference, you can delete them 
when done with the translation.
