Svn commit problem

Hello,
I can't commit the updated files, I got the forbidden response :
thierry tux:~/src/gnome-panel$ svn commit -m"mg.po: Updated Malagasy
translation. (Closes: #571938)" mg.po ChangeLog
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response
to MKACTIVITY request for
'/svn/gnome-panel/!svn/act/91e4ef8f-4a5f-4348-aec5-f31726f1c60c'
It seems that I don't have the write permission...
Someone can help me ?
